Point Leo Estate is situated between Merricks and Shoreham on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.

Kustom Bind was engaged to rectify an ongoing problem out the front of the restaurant where a loose pebble drainage strip was being disturbed and ending up on the lawns. This was creating a maintenance issue when staff were mowing the lawns and fearing nearby windows could be damaged.

We topped up the existing pebbles with new and tumble mixed them with our new product that is uv stable, meaning that the pebbles retain their colour with a gloss finish an not yellow off.

This has transformed the area dramatically and all pebbles have remained in place.
